I was looking into great a pair as the bluetooth neck option ear piece cords keep going out and i didnt want the ones that daggled out of my ears

These had two working ear buds the sound quality is great and with the ear hooks they seem to stay in my ear a whole lot better than ones without the ear hooks

Earbuds just dont work for me they keep falling out and unless i use gorilla glue or staples im constantly having to pick up wayward buds

The powerhbq pro phones have the overtheear loop that holds the unit in place plus offers the buds that since the loops hold the phones to the ears dont have to be forced into the ear canal

The unit worked fine right out of the package with the earpieces pairing with each other then pairing quickly to my lg phone a pleasant female voice advises you which earpiece is left and right when the unit is on when it is pairing and when it shuts off
