Let the smoothie rest a day and the lecithin will have gelyfied and thickened the smoothie into a sort of pudding

While i prefer nonsoy sources the only nonsoy lecithin easily available on the market is the sunflower lecithin by now foods in softgels

And the amount of the phosphatidylcholine per capsule there is low 78 very large capsules of the now lecithin provide the same amount of phosphatidylcholine as 1 tablespoon of this lecithin by bluebonnet

Its taste is unlikely to make you reach for the second serving but it is a supplement not a dessert
