Pros

Almost all offer 5000 international units of d3 and about 100=125 micrograms of k2. Vitamin d is essential these days to fight against covid. This supplement is superior to others i've tried.

Bluebonnet supplements are all i take. I usually get their d made from fish oil since i have an actual wool allergy. I don't tend to have issues if i accidentally order the lanolin based pills.

D3 and k2 help to move calcium from the blood stream into bones. K2-mk 7 activates proteins that play a role in blood clotting, calcium metabolism (bone health) and heart health.

This is important to me, since i lost my mom to alzheimer's. Seem to be helping me and my husband with mood and energy. I hope this was helpful.
