The price is good enough, and it's causing me no stomach problems, so i can easily conclude i need to leave this on my amazon shopping list. I like that it is just one a day and this being a 2 month supply; it is pretty affordable.
Bluebonnet men's one 40+ food-based multivitamins are food-based and free of gluten and milk. No need to take additional supplements because it’s all in this formula. Great news for my meat & potatoes husband, who needs the added health support.

The mediumlarge capsules are fairly easy to swallow with a beverage however they are on the larger size and may be uncomfortable for some to swallow
