Pros

Like the other reviewer said, tastes like kool aid though not as sweet. The only draw back is that you have to store it in the refrigerator once it's opened and that can cause slight discomfort.

It really gives me an energy boost in a healthier way than caffiene would. Very subtle, but gives me nice little bump in energy/motivation.

I hate chalky folic acid pills and this is a great alternative. Thorne makes good folate products. Folate is what you want.

Only drawback is how expensive it is. Its very quick and convenient to use, the only down side is its a lil pricey!

Cons

It does not. Studies are nt conclusive, however, i want to take the real stuff, not synthetic. No bueno for children.
