Pros

Great to be able to get 3 things in one pill. Cut them in two as only needed 1/2 mgs.

I have no doubt that this supplement helped me immensely. It helps calm me right before bed, aids in helping me stay asleep and regulates my bowl movements. Water throughout the day helps keep the calcium from causing the predictable constipation.

These are the exact bottle they have at my local health food store for several dollars cheaper

So it’s a good deal and not bad recommend splitting it 2 tabs twice a day

The serving is for 4 per day so its easy to forget to reorder in time but the shipment arrived earlier than advertised right on time

Love bluebonnet but wish pack in plastic had multiple issues with broken bottles in shipment

I have tried other forms and this brand works in both aiding in sleep as well as digestion

I bought this calcium vitamin based off the reviews i got from other comparisons online and of course the reviews on here

I had previously been taking a different brand but noticed that i would experience a mild allergic reaction to them
