Pros
This is the best brewer's yeast i have found so far. Compared to brewers yeast derived from the actual brewing process of beer, this is vastly superior in flavor.
Great addition to breakfast smoothie. Great for oatmeal and other recipes. Has a cheesy flavor great on popcorn.
Both dogs and cats love this shampoo. It makes my husband purr it's so satisfying! I live in an area where ticks are very prominent. After trying tick collars, drops, and special shampoos, this seems to consistently work.
Cons
We have to list it under allergen warning because our facility processes wheat, in case of cross contamination. This is definitely flavored! Would only recommend for baking.

If you are using brewers yeast for milk supply my suggestion is to start out slowly like 12 a scoop when using it in your shakes especially
