Pros
Blue ant s4 works very well with my nokia lumia wp. The phone commands opens the s voice (similar to siri) on my galaxy siii. Blue ant speak to me gets a bit tiresome, but it works.
Notifies me by the caller name when a call is coming in - i love it! The on-off button is a slide switch which i find easier to use when in the car than a button that has to be held down.
I use it every day and it's great. I love that visor clip - the unit attaches magnetically so you can leave the clip on the visor and detach the unit and hide it when not using it.
Cons
Say a command unprompted, if it overhears something on the radio. Its voice is very unpleasant. What was annoying is that you have to keep yelling at it.
It constantly arbitrarily resets the volume down to a low level. The product turns on if i keep the charger on. Please try to reset your device first.
It never automatically reconnects to my phone as the st3 did. If i use siri or google voice search or dictation, it says call terminated after every use. It hijacks my headphone output into the car stereo when i'm listening to music.

The price is quite reasonable and had gone down because all the new vehicles have the device build in

Oh and shipping was like 2 days and it was at my door
Packaging/appearance
I press and hold the home button and speak toward the blueant hanging on my visor
The only complaint that i have is that the favorites command on the blueant dials a number that is disconnected
Competitiveness
It does transfer my wifes i phone and works great
My husband has an older iphone3gs but it wont connect so he uses his blueant earbud instead

A red light is supposed to appear when the speakerphone is charging and after 6 to 9 months of daily use is started to fail to light up every time

When the charging goes bad the speakerphone comes on and then turns itself off almost immediately
