Ive been using a blueair filter for about 2 years now with no problems so far
While there’s not much to say about an air filter i can say that these blueair purifiers and filters work great

My house unfortunately doesn’t have an air exhaust above my stove to blow that air outside so smells tended to linger in my kitchen and living room 600 sq foot i’d say for quite a while after cooking anything

I thought maybe because it had the charcoal tied filter in it but then i saw other brands charcoal filter replacement where they would ship it to me

Fyi the blueair 121 filter light indicator is just a six month timer

I just replaced a filter and it was very noticeably dirtier than the clean one i inserted

I dont know how the machine 34keeps time34 but i turn mine off in the summer months when the windows are open and the clock takes that into account

Six months is a pretty arbitrary figure since some houses have much dirtier air than others but for me id say performance drops off if i dont replace the filter at the recommended time
