Pros & Cons
Pros
Used it to seal poly sheets in the crawlspace and rigid insulation board. Added an electrical outlet on a basement wall which is covered by a plastic vapor barrier.
It stretches just enough so you can work out most creases when applying the tape. It sticks very well to the moisture barrier and the edges aren't curling up. Very sticky and strong.

I think this has a lot to do with how much you stretch it when youre initially applying so the technique ive settled on is pull out as much as i need then let off the tape to relieve pressure and then actually stick it to the surface otherwise it seems to pull itself back off
