The lack of the fifth star is all about packaging the first one i received was been at the bottom so i returned it with a note to the shipper that the foam packaging was inadequate i reordered the second one also mentioning the inadequate packaging and asking for double boxing well it arrived without the double boxing and seemed ok until examined closely once again the unit has a small dent but i kept it anyway

On the inside there is a lot of plastic parts and rubber hoses im a little worried about reliability but figure i can replace the whole thing relatively cheaply

Make sure the water line hoses from the unit are properly installed so there are no hose bend creases leading to hc water pipes
