Pros

Great pickup without distortion. Three settings (focused/10db sound dampened/omnidirectional) make this ideal for all your sound recording uses. Easy setup is very easy.

Cons

Whenever i plug it in, from any usb port on my laptop, the same message device not recognized. There's no driver software to be installed or updated.

It's omni mode is just a slightly extended, poorer quality cardioid. The frustration and rage that blue's practices as a business, along with their horrendous customer support, is way too much for this hunk of junk to be worth it.

Great product 1010 legit 8 years of daily use

As a clumsy individual ive already dropped it multiple times without it breaking or losing sound quality

If you want to use it for gaming you must use headphones or the mic will pick up your speakers and cause an echo

Price

Love this mic for the price very clear and easy to use for a beginner

It sounds like a professional microphone at a fully affordable price

This isnt a highend super expensive piece of equipment

Aside for that this is a pretty good mic for the price point

Packaging/appearance

The only problem it came with the box open someone ripped it open but it did work at least my kid love

The voice quality is much better than any other mic and it translates really well on discourse to talk to others

I have compared it side by side with other similar microphones and there is no match

I imagine it can compete quite well with more expensive microphones

It is crystal clear and i’m told it sounds phenomenal in comparison to other mics
