Its good that they come with a little toolkit and spare screws although not sure why they include a small blue light in the box

This also comes with a test blue light so if you shine this at the glasses you can physically see them blocking it out

We have been trailing these for a week now and have started to notice a really positive outcome our eyes are not as tired or sore and do not seem to look as red and bloodshot

The blue light blocking is good as shown with the little blue torch provided with the pack and when wearing them you can see the screen takes on a very slight sepia tone
