What i can say with certainty though is that my sleep has been better. These really help my eyes from feeling tired and my head from hurting. Doesn’t look cheap, both the frame & lens look great!
They are awesome! They’re scratch resistant, seeing as i’ve dropped them several times so far. I wanted something simple and delicate that wouldn't take over my whole face.

I did a lot of research on this product before making my purchase and most of what i read from scientific studies saying that blue light lenses don’t actually prevent eye strain has been true

On my first day of wearing theses glasses i experienced the same eye strain i’ve struggled with all year

But the cleaning cloth included isnt good but i recommend just buying another cloth at the dollar store or something
