At first, we get burp up of clo taste (eew) but after a few days it goes away. After you get used to it the cinnamon tastes kinda good.

Everything in moderation. It's a little pricey and a little strange to take, but totally worth it. Sometimes people get that more is better mentality but don't go there.

Using this to try to reverse my sons cavities. I have some post partum dental problems and this has helped me too. It does the job of protecting my teeth as long as i consume calcium and phosphorus from food, preferably raw milk.
