Pros

Hands down the best way to secure a tourniquet to molle/pals gear. Lighter weight than a dedicated pouch, allows the tq to be easily seen by others, and it's easier than regular molle straps to install. Works fine on a 2x1 field.

Cons

Blue force med pouch needs five molle hooks in a row to accommodate the blue force strap. Does not fit any tq. Would not recommend.
