When i filled them with helium they were to heavy to float i tried putting a little more helium in and they popped

These balloons are kind of a pain to get the glitter to stick just like the picture

I’ve tried the water i even tried a little bit of hand sanitizer i try to combination of both it doesn’t really work to get them to stick to the bloons just like they are shown
