Pros

Pads are thick enough to be effective without adding obnoxious size. They are perfectly padded - not too thick or thin. They have great support, especially if you criss cross the straps.

This bra does it all. I hate underwire bras so these are a perfect alternative. Very happy with this purchase. It's so odd that’s it has all those qualities in one lol.

Only complaint is with the straps being spaghetti straps.

Cons

Sizing up is not a solution, because then it would be too loose around my body/back. No padding, not flattering whatsoever. The quality is pretty terrible, even expensive bras are not as comfortable.

They charge you to ship it back! Had to return. Wont buy again. Extremely disappointing. Go figure.

I did try it with the crisscross straps and it fit great under my halter tanks

The only thing that can make these bras better would be an option to buy them with the pads sewn in or molded padded cups

Otherwise great product and quality especially for the price

The size i ordered worked but just a tiny bit too small with the cups

I wear a 34d bra and i originally got the sm which barely contained my boobs so i got the ml and it fits great and is still supportive

I ordered some jockey brand bralettes too to see which i liked better
