Pros

I still think it was a good option and did great as a first cup, plus i saved some money but switching to the cup. I have the urge to tell every woman on earth how amazing this product is. Very environmentally friendly.

I'm leak free, unless my flow is super heavy overnight, in which case i wear a pad. Pros:- look ma, no leaks! It's very comfortable and you can wear it anywhere.

It is a little tricky to remove it at first, but if you carefully read the instructions and watch some youtube tutorials, you'll get the hang of it. Getting it out is the real test of patience.

There isn't a large difference in the softness of the cup, but there is one for sure. This one is similar to diva cup(much cheapper). Difference is texture. Diva cup is more smoother.

Cons

My thumb and forefinger are not that strong. It's not more eco-friendly, as far as i can tell. Not something you want to use if it looks even remotely sketchy.

My flow is light-to-medium. My tampon holds more fluid than this cup. This menstrual cup is garbage.

This is easy to insert fairly easy to take out haven’t had any leaks and definitely comfortable

It was really hard to remove even pinching it and removing the suction and it kept migrating down and the stem was irritating
