The main function of the monitor is operated with a singular button the big center button and once its all set up with the date and time etc this is really the only button you will need unless you want to cycle through previous readings of which ot will store 90 or change user it allows 2 different users

Ensuring you are relaxed you press the center button and wait while it inflates not moving again until you feel it completely deflate after which your reading will be displayed

There is a handy gauge on the left side of the screen showing the overall range of your blood pressure green is good red is bad but i would reccomend also cross referncing your result with the chart in the booklet or you can easily find one online

I have also tested the heart rate against my samsung fit watch and find that to be spot on
