The set comes with a pamphlet with detailed cleaning directions which does include using the dishwasher. They seem incredibly safe and withstood months of * and teeth marks from rowdy toddlers.

These are perfect as they are foam and magnetized. They are soft to the touch and the magnets grab on quickly. The magnets and tactile clicks are great for sensory.

Don't hesitate to buy. They're a little pricey, but when you consider how much they will get played with and how long you will have them, they are worth every penny spent on them. Is there so lightweight that they do the job just fine.

This is a kid who will build something with legos and never take it apart. Right now he’s making a robot plane that has limbs/wings that can rotate 360 degrees.

The magnets for these are pretty flimsy. The blocks in the third photo have only one magnet per block, so they are really limited to decorating a block structure.
