Although, these racks could have held at least 4 surfboards (2 on each side)the only complaint i have (which seems to be a problem with all soft racks no matter the manufacturer)is when it rains the water saturates the nylon straps and drips from the outside of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle at the 4 points where the nylon straps loop into the vehicle (right about where the windows are).

So, the water drips onto the window facing shoulder of each rider in the front and the back.

The instructions on the carrying case were pretty useless as i couldn't make out what the first 2 pictures were even of and the written instructions didn't make a whole lot of sense either.

I hate having to redo and undo the straps all the time but there's no great way around that.

The latches seem a bit weak so i purchased a ratchet strap to double up over the front strap (just for peace of mind) and you almost cant even tell its up there.

I may be able to stop this, at least somewhat, by repositioning the board, but i don't think so.
