These scissors are much sharper and cut-out soft bones easily. They're lightweight and sharp enough to cut through most things that we need to use it for around the kitchen including meat. They are now our go to meat scissors.

The fish shears are pretty small feel a bit flimsy and dont really fit my larger hands well at all
