There is an adjustable collar at the base of the stem that allows you to tighten and loosen it for adjusting the direction of the camera. Each mount give more flexibility to point your camera than the one that comes with your blink.
Cons
Get rust very fast, small screws get loose when you tightened it. They send a screwdriver that isn't machined all the way to fit the screws.

The brackets are fine except there are five 5 micro screws that need to be used to hold the front and back covers together and they take a lot of effort to put them on
