Hitting the gym with this stuff still on at the end of the day is ok as long as i didnt put a lot on at the start of the day

Hair sometimes falls flat depending on how intense the workout was

If i dont shower before bed i make sure i at least wrinse wash my hair otherwise i wake up with a nasty taste cotton mouth
