I have been using a blinkie from a bicycle when id walk the dog in the dark with a flashlight but i knew it really wasnt effective until cars were way too close to me

Its bright enough that when she poops in peoples yards at night some people see the leash and look outside to see whats going on in their front yard

I chose this one based on other leashes that have a lifetime warranty but you cant get a hold of them for a replacement

I gave the 6 leash to my friend and it was fantastic when it was working after about 10 uses the leash stopped working

The lights would come on intermittently when the leash was pulled taught but then it died i contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the leash
