Pros
It's a bit noisier (like the sound of a tiny jet engine) but not intrusive and cannot be heard outside the bathroom. Works well - low noise level.
Very good and powerfull extractor, worth every penny. Bought for domestic use rather than cheaper smaller one.
Cons
This gadget on description say it make 52db but in reality 72db. You cannot use indoors must be somewhere hyde from the kitchen or bathroom.

Installed this above my bathroom to replace a centrifugal fan what a difference no condensation at all advise is to install on a hardwood base with sound proofing rubber between the fan and base then fix to joist using rubber sound proofing again doing this eliminates any vibrations and reduces the noise level to a hum

Purchased this to replace an existing extract fan unit which was pretty noisey for a small size

Fitting was very simple just 4 screws to mount the back plate then you simply clip the motor part onto the back plate click down the clips and thats it
