Perfect fit excellent quality and great fit love the shorts they let you move very freely allows for great mobility the slit on the side makes side kicks a pieceofcake because you dont have that sensation of the shorts catching
The shorts have a rubber bead around the waistband to keep them up and are fastened by a tie and velcro like a bathing suit
As for fit i normally wear 38 or 40 shorts so i ordered the 38s and they fit perfectly
I train muay thai and mma with these shorts and they are really comfy used them for two weeks now
