There is a much larger mat cat litter trapper that works in the same way as this mat and would probably eliminate the tracking all together given its size however it was far too large for my bathroom

I now own two for my two cat boxes and the expense didnt even phase me as i ordered the second one

Only the sides are sewn so it takes a few more seconds to tap out litter caught in the sides

In over a decade ive never found a mat that worked well with catgenie litter but black hole is right this one just sucks it up

I have a hood on the box which makes them exit over it and the larger mat but the litter scatter practically stopped dead when i put it down
