After using facial steamer the vacuum suck the blackheads right out

For my first use i steamed my face for 10 minutes to open up the pores to make it easier i then used the circular attatchment and gently moved the blackhead remover across my nose and yes it works suction was just right for me using the attatchment and no bruising so think best to use right attatchments etcvery pleased with this purchase its attractive looking easily fits in your bag and does not take long to charge at all
