I did not track the hours but i know i ran this light for at least 100 hours before replacing the batteries

Oh yes it is waterproof enough to survive a winter in buffalo ny though i wouldnt store it outside due to the temperature

I tried to wrap it around something way too big while it had been sitting in below freezing temps for more than 2 hours

The only reason i give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because it doesnt stand up very well to weather

I had to take it apart and let it dry completely and hope that it still worked afterwards which it did

What i really like is that the entire red lens face is the switch just push in on the lens and the light is on off or in blink mode
