I have a 25 year old kubota tractor and this seat fit perfectly the bolt holes all lined up

For a kubota bx2350 i had to drill two new holes in the tractors seat bracket to make it work

Had to use new bolts with standard threads

However he did have to use a drill to widen the bolt holes so he could attach it so pay attention to the comments elsewhere about this issue
