Made in china, it is sturdy. Cannot beat it. Looks good, feels good, is good. It feels great.

Cons

The handle fits poorly (and is loose) the grip is comfortable, the ring is large though, and abrasive after use. Not practical at all since it is not easily withdrawn one handed.
