Pros

Extra padding is nice around dogs necks. The cushion is thick and seems comfortable. They are thick and padded.

The xlarge fit my 135lb rottweiler perfectly. Having a giant breed (english mastiff) is especially important. My catahoula leopard hound loves grabbing the collar of her big sister.

The black rhino name is right there on the collar giving it that distinctive look. The leash has two handles and is also beautiful and tough.

No fraying, no tearing. This collar holds them unlike any of those cheap plastic clasps from breaking off the line. The buckle is nice and sturdy, too.

Cons

One of the most important features was totally obliterated. Not durable or tough against playful dogs as advertised. Not recommended for anyone looking for a durable collar. Too large for me to hold my pup in close to the middle of the leash.

Buyer beware, expect discoloration in the metal hardware due to inferior product. The metal rings where you buckle the collar give very easily. The post on the buckle broke. I haven't received the refund for both of those items.

I think part of the issue with the leather ones is that it doesnt dry fast enough

However the sale price was great so i wouldnt mind replacing them if i see theyre on sale again
