Came to amazon to see about alternatives. It is very practical, easy and affordable. They compare well with the benchmark spri units for way less of the price.

The bands are sturdy, with the attachable handle or ankle strap, that i can then use the door latch to vary my workout. The clips to exchange the bands and handles are easy to use. These are way more convenient to swap out.

Cons

Three of the bands snapped off at the handle. Used the yellow bands to simulate the pulldowns and the middle door holder basically ripped the bands. If you use it for bicep curls it's not very comfortable.
