It feels very sturdy. Just my feet slip and the ball throws me like a bucking bronco.
It comes with a hand/foot pump with both inflation/deflation capabilities. Only took about 15 minutes to inflate with the hand pump.
My 8-year-old is such a homebody/couch potato but once she set eyes on this thing she was hooked! My stomach crunches are marvelous. My 13 year old is autistic and she bounces on this several times daily.

Ive used this for 5 years as my office chair replacement and its handled everything i through at it including over inflation
