Pros & Cons
Pros
Stick's hanger is not sturdy but it functions well when secured.
Out of the box this lil guy is ready to go. It works mercilessly. They work great, and don't smell.
Cons
Either i have herculean flies, or this paper doesn't work. This one was very disappointing. Since you throw it away when it's full that's not much of a bargain.
Fly trap is sticky but that doesn't do much good if it doesn't attract any flies. One with honey and one with maple syrup didn't get a single fly. Even with syrup in the bottom; nothing.

In a normal bowl this is either on top on the rim or on the sides and since the flies have to enter the liquid to be killed many escape

In contrast these sticks take advantage of the fruit flies tendency to land on something near the scent the small white bowl on the bottom has apple cider vinegar the stick is a good surface for them to land on which is what kills them

Bait isnt even needed for these

All it takes is one landing and the fly will be doomed
