Purchased this to replace an ageing one purchased from a diy store over 7 years ago. It is a stylish looking air conditioner. Works very well and you have to experiment as the instructions are useless with certain quirks in operation.

Once the room is detected to be at the set temperature then it settles down to maintain the temp with less noise. Low humidity to start of with, may be the key to why this machine instantly feels my room and hall up with beautiful cold air.

Shortest pipe the best as less heat from pipe back in the room before venting. It's handy having a light notifying you when to drain it to avoid leaking. Comes with a good range of adapters and fittings, including a decent length of ducting.

Smartphone app measures the low setting at 50db, the high setting at 60db (measured right next to the air con unit) has 3 fan settings - the lowest already being quite strong.

Don’t be fooled, it is expensive to run as and we found as soon as you turned it off the run heated up very quickly. Very heavy, loud, hardly cools down a room.

Buyers beware! Not sure were to start. Cancelled prime, and lost trust in amazon service. Don't order via amazon. Very disappointed in amazon customer services aswell.

Upon plugging in the air con, i find it does not work. Amazon have left me in the lurch without a refund. The product is faulty as it simply doesn’t power on.
