The detachable handheld part is great for smaller areas and furniture. The pull-out extending nozzle is just genius. Great little vac.
Cons
It needs charging after 20 minutes & takes hours to fully charge. Stopped charging after 2 months due to poor charger contact design. Died due to battery fault and won't charge exactly at 2 years. Whole unit has to be plugged in to recharge as bat... Read More
It’s deceivingly good looking and lightweight. It really is a load of poo. It isn't and it's just begging to get lost.
Suction is poor on laminate and tile and cleans corners poorly. When working unit performs well but needs frequent emptying as small capacity bin.

Packaging/appearance
Only slight minus is you really need to empty the chamber after each use as its small and clean the dust out of the filter
However mine works fine no charging issue and it is covered with a two year warranty provided that you keep the original packaging

I tip out the worst then bang the filter against the inside of the dustbin and finally brush it out with a 1 paintbrush i keep handy for the purpose

I dont recommend washing the filter in my experience they always smell after you do this the brushing method works for me
