Pros

I love this product, i use it daily and it makes my hair shine. Helps my dry eyes. Price is decent for one month supplement. Comes in a reasonable amount of time.

The capsules aren't very large and are easy to take. Easy to * gel caps, no aftertaste. Keeps product fully encased in an airtight capsule.

Has also helped with eczema and thinning hair.

Blackcurrant is used by women to ease * and menopause symptoms. Black currant oil is a really excellent oil for skin, but like all of the more delicate oils, it can go rancid when exposed to air.

Cons

Just received two days ago. Didn't notice a difference while taking them. May be better for someone else. Cannot recommend one way or the other.
