I use it for my 7 month old pit who is very strong and the leash has held up. Now our runner stays home, and we don't have to search for him. Great leash for multiple uses.

Cons

The clip that attaches to collar is flimsy. This causes handler to not have control of dog. The material for this leash is below grade of previous similar items.
