Pros

The is far lighter and yet has much of the same appeal and cooking qualities without all the weight. This pan cooks evenly, is wonderfully non-stick, and is much lighter than cast iron.

The quality is excellent. I was blown away by its performance & perfection. The green color is a highlight.

It heats evenly and cleanup is a breeze. Cleans easily. Looks beautiful enough to store outside the cupboard.

The bk cookware 3. Qt cc002465-001 dutch oven in blue is not only a lovely piece of cookware, but a quality addition to our kitchen. The craftsmanship seems high and i expect this dutch oven to last a long time. Bk is a holland company.

The lid fits tightly as it should to keep the moisture and juices in. It comes with a recessed lid and there is a stainless steel rim to help prevent boil-overs.
