Tonight i baked some chicken thighs in the oven then 3 minutes in the airfryer to crisp up the skin
The only dutch ovens ive ever used have been the oldschool cast iron varieties

I have seen some dos that have coated handles to help protect your hands from heat but this one does not

The best part about this pot is that it is toxinfree and ptfepfoafree which is something you wont find in american company made in china cookware

On the down side the darker interior enamel makes browning harder to gauge there isnt quite as much cooking surface bc the bottom is rounded on the perimeter and the lid doesnt have as tight a seal bc of the no boil over feature

I never put any of my non stick pots to dishwasher but the manufacturer says it’s safe to do so
