Pros & Cons
Pros
The manual recommends soaking the pot filled with hot water with a little added baking soda to remove burnt on residues in the bottom of the pot. The pot is dishwasher safe, but i always wash by hand. Works great for stews, casseroles, and soups.
This 2 1/2 qt size (10 cups) is perfect for a 3-4 cup bread recipe. Doesn't take up to much cabinet space but fills our need eat perfectly. This fits in both a standard and apartment size oven.
The enamel on this over is easy to clean. It's beautiful to look at and cleans very easy. It doesn't feel like it will chip or get marred easily.
The blue coloring is just beautiful and it feels very sturdy. As i have a lot of the blue willow rocking in my kitchen, this fits right in on the stove or table. The green color too is a highlight.
Cons
The pan takes a long time to get to temperature because it doesn't like medium to slightly medium high heat. The pan leaves a discoloration on the inside bottom that won't come off. I am disappointed at the outcome of using this.
