I wish it was at least valid till sometime next year. It is pretty difficult to finish an entire can of gravy before the expiration date oct 2022.

    Add more water if you want a thinner consistency

    I made this gravy twice and didnt use it because it smelled like water jello i made it a third time and just tasted it on some mashed potatoes and it was absolutely fine

    It mixes up very easily and has an unusual opacity due to the thickener being potato starch but it is very similar to the regular gravy viscosity

    When they say to use heaping teaspoons they mean it dont skimp

    If you want to make gravy either have it by itself or add meat juices

    Be sure to add the gravy granules to really hot broth or it wont dissolve or it wont thicken properly

    Try other flavors and remember to use super hot unsalted broth instead of water
