My only gripe is that it is insanely loud when running.

Unless i can be convinced that hoover does a significantly better job at this contraption, then i think i’ll be trying a wet vac next for my pet accident needs. The suction power is negligent. Heads get clogged so easily.
The suction is so low it does not remove any water, the water you spray just soaks in the material. The hole to drain the dirty water tank is tiny, makes emptying and cleaning a pain.
Woefully underperforms and the pros are not worth the extra price. It's unusable now.
The hose comes out of the back of the unit (? You have to pass the nozzle at least 10 times on the same spot for it to dry. I'm not sure what the point of the hose cleaning nozzle is, except to get in the way and fall off the hose.

This cleaner is light easy to use has great suction and you can actually clean the machine in all the tiny spaces that get super gross
Very great product to wash carpet and sofa
This new model comes apart for better cleaning of the hose and the brush attachment
During this process i added water to the water tank 4 times and poured the dirty water tank 4 times

I could have bought 34used34 but paid the full amount for a new one to be safe
Overall for the price its a good investment
Its affordable too so it saved me when i was in a pinch

We do have a large one but is to bulky for transporting here and there
