They are in every pair of walking shoes, work clogs, and even my casual merrells. I bought a pair of birke backless shoes for work, the original birkenstocks come with a hard soled insert that i can't tolerate.
Cons
The amazon website says it is not returnable. Go figure. I have never had a birkenstock product fail the way these have.
