She has very narrow feet but they fit perfectly. One complaint is that the shoe runs big.

For me this is a huge dissapointment. They want a 20% restocking fee and they want the return and packaging in good/unused condition. Ended up calling amazon, spoke to a lovely representative and should be refunded.

Shoe would not stay on even on the tightest buckle. Wrong size and width. I sized up as advised by a birkenstock employee and after trying to make them work, they just make my feet ache.

As practical as these sandals may seem, they are horribly uncomfortable. Footbed feels like walking on wooden particle board. After only wearing them august, september and part of october, the shoe is beat-up!
