Pros

Built in orthotics highly recommended for flat footed people. At first they are rather uncomfortable, until they break-in and conform to the shape of your foot. Skin between big toe and second toe gets rubbed a bit sore.

These are the birkenstock medina flip flops (tobacco brown leather) the thicker straps on the medina model looked more masculine. Adds a dressy look to the flip-flop feel. This my second pair of this sandal.

Im a birk fan for 30 years, and these are my fav! Would recommend them. Will be purchasing more in the near future. Took a while to get here and then had to pick them up at the po.

Cons

Not acceptable. There is no warranty for your birk. Cork separated by ball of foot in less then a year.
