Pros

I replace the insole that comes with the shoes with these. These insoles are adaptable to other sneakers, provided you find a pair of sneakers with replaceable insoles. This is the perfect sneaker for a man with flat feet.

My plantar fasciitis still hurts a little. These give my feet the support needed with out over jacking my arch witch over corrects my issue & leaves my feet very tired. My foot pain has been drastically reduced.

My birkenstock sandals are my go to footwear, but when i need a shoe these babies will save me. These are the only orthotics that make shoes bearable for my bunionettes, and the only ones that fix my husband's pronation enough to relive his pain.

Cons

If you have low arches or flat feet, this insole is far too aggressive! They seem to have the similar shape and dimensions as another insoles i have better success with (3 times less expensive) but the relief from plantar fasciitis is nowhere near clo... Read More
